Pre-Consultation: Meet directly with the homeowners and discuss in detail their vision for the project, what the process will entail and what options are available for the refurbishment/ building.
Measurement: Our team will take the dimensions of your home building from S&P drawings, or measured at site.
Design: Constructix design team will design your new home internally or externally with detailed dimensions all the way down to the specifications. We will also revise the design until you are completely satisfied. After the project budget are calculated and agreed, the next step is to go for submissions.
Local Authority Submission (if required): After the designs are finalized, we will coordinate with the local authority for the building plan submission. MBSA, MPK, MPSJ, etc..(for permits and approvals)
Construction: We will supervise and coordinate the construction works with our main building team, sub-cons and specialists until C.C.C (if required), making sure your home design concepts come together for you to love for many years to come

PACKAGE A -

DESIGN & MANAGEMENT

We offer a contemporary design options to customers.
The package will include a complete design:

1. Schematic Design Scheme
2. Local Authority Building Plan Submission
3. Construction / Tender / Detail / Specification drawings

Fees are various depending on the level of complexity of the project:
Bungalow Design : <8%
Renovation (Major) : <10%
Renovation (Minor): Lump-sump basis

Under Design & Management, our collaboration with team of professionals architects, engineers, quantity survey will come to a produce a total design ideas and solution for your building.

PACKAGE B -

BUILD ONLY

We are to work with the Owner to identify the needs and develop a construction works needed for a project. We will liaise with the client's architect, designer, planner or engineers for the building construction stages.

We takes the responsibility of the project and building construction by managing and coordinate all the works are to be carried out properly until the completion of the project.

Project cost estimate is free.

PACKAGE C -

DESIGN + BUILD

Under Design & Build package, clients will be getting our design management plus construction services. We are responsible for architectural and interior designs, engineering design and including the construction works under a single contract.

We will work within client's budget for design and construction under ONE cost.

It is flexible, because the initial design can be as little as a performance specification or a fully developed set of scheme drawings.

Our team will negotiate a fixed price contract to complete the design and construction.
